The third year of the Car2TERA project has started and in order to present the current work that each consortium partner is developing, we asked them to summarize the processes that are being done. This week we are presenting Infineon, which explains the current work that the company is developing within Car2tera:
“Infineon provides a solid infrastructure for the implementation of the challenging Car2TERA applications: IFAT pushes the limits of silicon technologies by delivering SiGe BiCMOS processes operating towards 1 THz. Integrated technologies are also combined with advanced packaging techniques with minimum component parasitics to comply with the sub-THz operation. Along with sub-THz circuit design IFAT also designs antenna-in-package (AiP) solutions for microwave applications.”
