Current work of Anteral

Anteral prepared different concept designs together with specific optimization tools to be ready for the final redesign work. Since the final substrate has been selected, Anteral has redesigned the MMIC-PMF transition to work in the D-band. The final design is being checked with the manufacturer for fabrication feasibility. Anteral is currently designing and simulating the specific wire bonding transition from MMIC to PCB based on the B11 chip to add it to the final design.
